Director, Operational Resilience Program Lead

Director, Operational Resilience Program Lead is responsible for the success of strategic outcomes through the direct oversight, leadership and delivery of multi-year strategic programs aligned with segment goals. The role partners across business lines, geographies, and value streams to ensure strategic objectives achieve intended outcomes. This position is accountable for managing end-to-end delivery of transformational program for Enterprise Operational Resilience Program (E21). Responsibilities include program management, strategy design, strategy execution and ongoing monitoring of risk initiatives. This role will involve extensive partnership with stakeholders from all segments, functions, and business, thus will be a complex role with broad impact. Curiosity, good business judgment and ability to connect the dots in a complex operating model are key elements for this role.

Position Responsibilities:

Support strategy development to drive long term value for Global Operations Risk and Control · Develop execution strategy for global program & transformation of enterprise operating model for Operational Resilience by collecting and analyzing data (internal and external), researching key issues, problem-solve, and preparing/synthesizing recommendations to share with the broader stakeholder group· Lead stakeholder management with cross-functional stakeholders to socialize issues, develop strategies, drive the case for change and implement solutionsDeliver through execution excellence and program management · Lead strategy delivery through an established governance structure by developing and managing milestones and project plan across multiple global, independent squads· Manage executive communication through various forums namely Program Steer Co, Transformation Committee, etc.· Identify, escalate, and remediate risk and barriers from execution

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.· A Master’s degree in related fields is highly desirable.· Experience in operational resilience, business continuity or risk management in financial services.· Proven track record of developing and implementing resilience strategies.· Expert knowledge of risk management principles, best practices, and tools· Strong understanding of financial services regulations and interfacing with internal Compliance and Risk partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Strong communication and presentation skills with the integrity and confidence to liaise with executives and senior management· Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities· Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.· Ability to influence and deliver amidst ambiguity· Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable addressing large and small audiences.· Proven leadership experience and demonstrated ability to build teams and foster a high-performing culture

Salary range is expected to be between

$103,050.00 CAD - $185,490.00 CAD
