Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily administration of the Managed File Transfer services and creating/following best practices for the applications and the customers interfacing with those services
• Responsible for the onboarding of trading partner configurations and creating business processes and schedules in IBM Sterling File Gateway
• Maintaining optimal performance of the IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling Control Center and IBM Sterling Secure Proxy environments. Performing system upgrades as needed.
• Assisting in defining project requirements and perform business analysis using industry standard practices.
• Responsible for training resources in the use of MFT platforms; mentoring in a team-oriented environment
• Provide 24 x 7 on-call rotational support to users including troubleshooting and issue resolution

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years working with IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Secure Proxy, IBM Control Center, IBM Connect Direct. Background knowledge in IBM Aspera Faspex preferrable.
• Working knowledge of file transfer protocols including HTTPs, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, PGP and IBM Connect:Direct
• Working knowledge of BPML
• Experience installing and tuning IBM Sterling Integrator products
• Experience working with Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with MS SQL and SQL MI database environments
• • Superior interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to be directive and collaborative
• Strong writing/job documentation skills
• The ability to be flexible and multi-task
