Technology Strategy Intern/Co-op – Summer 2025

Are you a passionate student wanting to gain real-world experience? By the end of the Technology Strategy internship, you will have supported the development of strategic priorities for the technology organization as well as have produced comprehensive market analysis reports on the same. Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and research reports from Gartner to shape strategy documents around employee experience, citizen development, etc.

  • Work on multiple topics that are relevant to the team and a priority for the organization.

  • Conduct thorough market analysis focusing on industry best practices and benchmarks. This involves: Researching industry reports, conducting surveys, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with GFT leaders to understand priorities and develop holistic views/strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration, with a focus on strategy, marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative approach to overcoming challenges.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, including experience with relevant tools and methodologies to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
