Description de la fonction : Sous lautorit du Grant scurit alimentaire et assurance qualit, le superviseur contrle qualit gre le personnel du contrle qualit et assure le suivi des procdures et protocoles en place. Il assure lintgrit et les suivis de la qualit des aliments transforms et produits par lentreprise. Il contrle, planifie et organise les aspects relis la qualit et scurit alimentaire des aliments.

  • Agir comme intermdiaire entre le Grant et le chef dquipe / techniciens CQ.
  • Grer les diffrents aspects de lquipe contrle qualit, avec laide du chef dquipe tel suivis des taches, objectifs, organisation de travail.
  • Procder lvaluation de son personnel au minimum une fois par anne conformment avec la politique de lentreprise
  • Sassurer que le personnel sous sa responsabilit / nouvel employ soit adquatement form pour accomplir leur travail de faon efficace et scuritaire;
  • tre en charge de la vrification de la qualit des produits tous les niveaux de fabrication selon les normes tablies;
  • Prendre en charge la rsolution des problmes, les carts, le suivi des actions correctives et des mesures prventives avec le chef dquipe / techniciens et leurs zones de production, en impliquant les diffrents dpartements (travail en quipe)
  • Participer la rsolution de problme des plaintes de clients / rsultats daudits
  • Contrler les dossiers et les mthodes de travail des employs du contrle de qualit; Assurer que les procdures sont appliquer tel que dfini.
  • Participer lvaluation organoleptique des produits finis;
  • Assurer lapplication des normes HACCP, GFSI (SQF/BRC);
  • Surveiller et vrifier certaines tches relis au HACCP /CQ.
  • Assurer la dtention/libration des produits;
  • Informer son suprieur immdiat de toutes drogations aux normes approuves dont les consquences pour lentreprise peuvent tre importantes. Il suggre toute modifications afin damliorer lefficacit du systme;
  • Coordonner des projets au contrle qualit en collaboration avec les divers dpartements
  • Proposer des ides damlioration de la qualit, de processus ou de gestion
  • Maintenir un bon climat de travail et une collaboration entre les dpartements, le contrle de la qualit et inter-usine;
  • laborer des plans damlioration continue du travail en quipe;
  • Participer au dveloppement et la croissance de lentreprise en sassurant que lentreprise fabrique un produit de qualit et de scurit alimentaire selon les critres dfinis;
  • Organiser les quarts de travail pour les fins de semaines et pour les quarts de sanitation avec laide du chef dquipe
  • Autre taches connexes.
Exigences SQF/HACCP:
  • Sassurer que ses actions dans sa fonction soutiennent la fabrication des produits avec les critres de qualit et de scurit alimentaire dfinis par lentreprise;
  • S'assurer du respect des exigences du code de scurit alimentaire SQF et signaler tout problme de salubrit alimentaire au personnel autoris intervenir;
Formation-Habilets et exprience requise :
  • Dec en alimentation ou tous autres diplomes pertinent et relis ce poste.
  • Minimum de 1 3 5 ans dexpriences dans la transformation des viandes
  • Connaissances informatiques : Word, Excel, Solochain, Data Hex et papperless
  • Capacit de travailler sous pression
  • Travail dquipe, avec Initiative personnelle, Diplomatie, et Autonomie
  • Bon communicateur et excellentes habilits au niveau des relations interpersonnelles
  • Sens de lorganisation, Leadership et Capacit a rsoudre des problmes
