Estimator / Project Coordinator (Building Envelope)
As a Estimator & Project Coordinator with our Exterior Cladding division you will have the opportunity to play double roles, manage exciting projects and estimating/biding new projects working alongside a Project Manager who is passionate about the work they do. Leadership and accountability are the key to a successful project. As a Project Coordinator you will be requested to assist our project manager to define the schedule; working to ensure that goals are met and communication is maintained.

At Maple, we look for leaders, who display their leadership skills by:
- Developing successful relationships with clients, consultants, architects, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
- Estimating and managing the supply and installation of Exterior Cladding including IMP, Metal siding, Metal roofing, ACM, Fibre Cement, any other cladding material.
- Effectively managing the project with the skills they have and following Maple Reinders’ process and procedures ensuring each project is delivered with quality and consistency.
- Sharing your knowledge by mentoring subcontractors, installers and forepersons guiding them to progress in their careers.
- Complete and/or lead the entire bid from the concept to completion of the tender
- Identify the true cost of items (labour, material and equipment etc.) at every stage of the process
- Determine along the way if the cost of the items are feasible to the owner.
Our Project Coordinators are responsible for projects typically in the value of $200K-$1M. To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate will have:
- 3 or more years experience as a Project Coordinator or Estimator in the Exterior cladding/ IMP construction industry.
- A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
