Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge on a major project? We are looking for an Industrial Construction Superintendent for a project starting in Halifax in mid-March.

What We Offer:

• Salary starting at $120,000/year (based on experience) + $15,000 bonus upon project completion
• 6-month contract with the potential for future projects
• Monday to Saturday schedule – 10-hour shifts
• Airbnb accommodation covered for candidates relocating from outside the province of NS

A Day in the Life:

Oversee the framing and construction of an industrial steel building

Conduct quality inspections of completed work

Read and interpret blueprints and plans

Lead meetings with stakeholders

Prepare daily site reports and handle administrative tasks

Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily operations

Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution

What You Need:

Bilingualism required (advanced English, intermediate French)

5+ years of experience as a site superintendent

A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle to commute to the site

Fall arrest certification (training can be provided)

Assets: First Aid certification, carpentry skills, scissor lift ticket

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans

Availability to work in Nova Scotia for 5 to 6 months
