Temporary 0.75 FTE Humanities Teacher
January 30, 2025 to June 27, 2024
A part-time (0.75) temporary teacher is required at Medicine Hat High School to serve as an Humanities teacher. MHHS is looking for a teacher with an English or Social Studies major who can teach English Language Arts 10-2, 20-2 and Social Studies 10-1. This educational team member should have an adaptive style that can create an inspirational, creative, and inclusive classroom climate, as well as maintain a strong focus on all elements of the Optimal Learning Environment. A commitment to extra-curricular activities would also be an asset. This individual must value student learning and achievement and agree with the mission, vision, values and goals of the school and the school district.
Located in the Southwest Hill area, Medicine Hat High School has a total student population of approximately 1300 students.
