Your job
- Act as an expert with internal customers by supporting them in their consumption of the Active Directory (AD) service and Entra ID (Azure AD);
- Be one of the key players who ensures the smooth running of the service on a daily basis (requests, incidents, changes) in accordance with the Bank's processes;
- Contribute to the evolution of the AD ecosystem (risk updates and remediation), implement tools to facilitate the collection of information and the automation of activities;
- Participate in the company's documentation effort (Wiki) and produce the reports/procedures necessary for the quality of deliverables for our clients (Jira);
- Collaborate within your team and with the service consumers to achieve the common objectives of our large sector;

Prerequisite
- College diploma with a specialization in computer science or an attestation of relevant studies.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Advanced knowledge of complex and extensive enterprise networks in multi-cloud and hybrid contexts.
- Ability to script and document your work.
- Good understanding of networks and firewalls.
- AWS knowledge is an asset.
