Your job
- Act as an advisor in the analysis of files submitted by real estate law lawyers (easement, partial release, consent to cadastral modification, declaration of divided co-ownership, and undivided co-ownership agreement);
- Offer expertise in committees and special projects;
- Provide opinions on the securities held by the Bank;
- Train and support the Legal Documents team and partners on legal issues related to real estate and securities, estates, and personal law;
- Communicate with lawyers mandated by the Bank to analyze files and advise the Bank on taking guarantees;
- Analyze title reports from lawyers and take a position.

Within the Personal Financing Operations sector, you are part of the Legal Documents team of 10 colleagues and report to Director Diana Hyppolite. Our team stands out for its expertise in managing legal documents and handling requests from lawyers and the sales force. Prerequisites
- Holder of a college diploma (DEC) or any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent
- Being a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec (an asset)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Office, OneNote, SAP, Centrale (an asset)
- Mastery of personal financing products (an asset)
