Description
A career as an Operations Analyst at National Bank, you’ll contribute to the client experience by supporting your colleagues and partners with products, systems and processes. Your passion for data and involvement in the various processes will allow you to contribute your expertise to developing and executing the strategy for all business sectors.
Your job:
Daily Responsibilities:
- Open accounts in the various IT systems used by the team for all types of files
- Receive and validate files from the business line, including
- Analyze supporting documents according to the type of file (e.g., company, individual, and trust)
- Validate information to ensure accuracy and confirm that the file is complete;
- Document resource persons and external stakeholders as needed (auditors, actuaries, accountants, etc.)
- Collaborate with colleagues and various stakeholders to review and optimize file-related processes
- Document and improve various processes;
- Ensure, within a multidisciplinary team, the delivery of various activities.
