A career as an analyst at National Bank Financial - Wealth Management means joining a team of 1,000 investment advisors within Canada's 5th largest securities brokerage firm. This position allows you to leverage your analytical mind and passion for finance to positively impact the clients of a team of portfolio managers. Your role is to add value to our clients by contributing to our comprehensive wealth management offering for the F Fortier Wealth Management Group team.
Your job :
  • Provide direct and ongoing support to the team's administrative team.
  • Provide ongoing and direct support to advisors in their daily activities.
  • Support managers in preparing proposals for new clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and various partners.
  • Share your expertise with stakeholders. • Collaborate in the development, implementation, and improvement of new systems and work processes.
  • Compile, produce, and analyze various reports and statistics.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management rules are adhered to.
Your team:
You will join a team of portfolio managers, playing a key role.

Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related discipline, or equivalent.
  • Successful completion, or completion within 12 months, of the Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Manual Course.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to provide fast and efficient customer service
  • Rigor, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
