National Bank's IT Cybersecurity Delivery sector is looking for an Asset Protection Application Analyst (APPSEC and Vulnerability Management) to ensure the most optimal delivery of vulnerability management services to protect the Bank's technological assets.


Being a Vulnerability Management Application Analyst at National Bank means:

  • Understand the end-to-end integration (flows, consumers, suppliers, data, etc.) of all sub-components of the vulnerability management tool ecosystem
  • Maintain up-to-date and at the expected level of compliance the documentation of all sub-components of the ecosystem (Configuration Item - CI) in the Bank's Asset Management Tool (CMDB - Configuration Management Data Base)
  • Support the bank's application and development teams (internal customers) in their needs to integrate their business applications with the Vulnerability Management Services
  • Master the integration patterns/recipes on vulnerability management, in order to identify the one that best suits the needs of the application teams and the constraints of operational viability, efficiency and security required
  • Support the execution of integration requests and document them in the team's knowledge base
  • Support queries from existing consumers of vulnerability management services to resolve their issue
  • Be involved when required in the resolution and analysis of incidents and production problems
  • Continuously contribute to the improvement and automation of business project and user support processes
  • Contribute to the evolution of analysis practices within the team

 

You are the ideal candidate if you recognize yourself in several points below:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a field related to the industry
  • Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience as an IT and/or cybersecurity project delivery analyst
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High sense of customer satisfaction
  • Proven analytical and synthesis skills
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe methodology
  • Experience in teams responsible for developing complex software solutions including back-end services (micro-service architecture) and customer interfaces
  • DevSECOps Mindset & Culture
  • Knowledge of the banking sector
  • Knowledge of the field of Cybersecurity.  Particularly Vulnerability Management and Protection of Access Point Assets (asset)
  • Knowledge of systems such as Aquasec, Snyk, Tenable, Brinqa to name a few (asset)
