Your job:
- Rigorously analyze the needs of the team's customers, produce personalized financial plans, and determine an integrated financial strategy with them.
- Manage the implementation of recommendations resulting from the financial plans.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up and establish frequent contact with clients to monitor their evolving needs, offering tailored solutions and an exceptional client experience.
- Collaborate with various specialists from different sectors of the bank to meet all needs and guide you in your advisory role.
- Supervise the integration process of new clients.
- Ensure the application of service and operational quality standards, as well as compliance and risk management rules.
- Collaborate with other wealth management advisors on your team to build and manage portfolios.
- Support your team members in the preparation of annual business plans and track progress.
- Conduct the integration, training, and coaching of new team members.
- Identify and exploit business development opportunities to increase the number of new clients and grow the volume of existing accounts.
- Collaborate with other wealth management advisors on your team to develop innovative marketing strategies aimed at maximizing results.
- Coordinate the organization and planning of seminar content for clients.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in finance, financial planning, taxation, or a related discipline
- Financial Planner accreditation, an asset
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
- Knowledge in taxation, retirement planning, and estate planning
- Holding another professional designation (CFA, CIM, CAIA, CPA, TEP, etc.), an asset
- Excellent knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and the economy
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ease with software and computer systems
- Analytical skills
