career as a Wealth Management Associate in the 1859 Private Banking sector is job that allows you to offer services and advice to a distinctive and wealthy clientele within National Bank. In this role, you offer a wide range of financial services to individuals, businesses and public administrations across Canada, as well as specialized services to a select clientele based internationally.Your job:

•      Assist the private advisor in all administrative tasks related to the management of client accounts .

•      Provide superior customer service prepare customer meetings and act as resource person for questions related to products, procedures and policies .

•      Open and maintain customer files in accordance with deadlines .  

•      Carry out administrative links with the various operational services to efficiently carry out the required activities.

•      Perform various administrative tasks related to the team’s financial transactions and business development.

      •      Assist in the preparation of portfolio analyses and/or financial planning.

      •      Keep your knowledge of financial markets up to date .

      •      Ensure compliance and risk management rules are respected.

In order to properly serve this distinctive clientele in high - potential market you are part of a passionate, committed and dedicated team You work closely with members of the sector, and you report to the Director of Client Service, Private Wealth Investment 1859. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility in your work to promote your quality of life This includes hybrid work in the office and remotely , flexible working hours to balance professional and personal life, and flexible leave at times that matter.

 

Prerequisites:

•      Completed college diploma and two years of relevant experience

•      Studies in administration or office automation, desirable

•      Experience in customer service

•      Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course with a securities license.

•    Knowledge of Word and Excel software

•      Ability to work under pressure

•      Autonomy, initiative and attention to detail
