Your job:
- Provide administrative support to the Wealth Management Advisor to deliver superior customer service in person, by phone, and by email.
- Prepare documents for planned client meetings.
- Keep client file documentation up to date.
- Execute deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions and follow up on them.
- Rigorously perform operations related to investment accounts.
- Prepare and validate various reports on a periodic basis.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials.
- Manage the team's brand image.
- Get involved in various team projects and demonstrate leadership.
- Ensure compliance and risk management rules are followed.

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. Prerequisites:
- Completed college diploma in a field related to the sector of activity.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a relevant field such as banking operations, customer service, or an administrative role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ease with technological tools.
- Organizational skills and priority management.
