A career as a cash management advisor in the Corporate Transaction Operations team at National Bank means acting as an advisor for the opening of accounts and products for large corporate clients. Your job
- Establish a privileged relationship with large corporate customers, by offering them a personalized service, in order to ensure their satisfaction
- Act as a point of contact for large corporate clients in their portfolio via calls and emails
- Support large corporate clients in the opening of bank accounts, the implementation of cash management products and their day-to-day operations
- Interpret legal documents with respect to the laws and regulations to which financial institutions are subject
- Takes charge of complex and/or critical operational situations (e.g., customer complaints, emergencies and high operational risk situations; demonstrates positive leadership and influence with peers at all times)

Prerequisite
- 3-year college diploma (DEC) and 6 to 7 years of experience OR a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years of experience OR any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in the Office suite
- Knowledge of bank resolution and electronic products for companies
