A career as a Chief Business Analyst in the IT Wealth Management Delivery and Consulting Team at National Bank means acting as a liaison between the business teams and the delivery teams. You act in agile mode and you are a member of a squad that manages and delivers business and technological projects for different sectors. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your skills in business analysis, process optimization and leadership, which will contribute to the acceleration of our transformation.
Your job
  • Support business strategy and leverage business intelligence to increase performance and improve the customer and employee experience
  • Work closely with the various partners involved to develop an optimal prioritization strategy for initiatives
  • Develop and ensure an integrated vision as well as a business knowledge of end-to-end processes
  • Create alliances and develop effective communication channels with the various stakeholders involved
  • Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively take charge of business planning and execution for the various deliverables in line with the Bank's orientations and the needs of the supported business lines
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement through the analysis of initiatives from all angles of the process according to our best practices, predict impacts and provide innovative ideas to support the transformation.

Within the IT Wealth Management Delivery sector and you will report to the Head of Asset Management. Our train team is dedicated to empowering advisors to help clients achieve their life goals by providing personalized wealth advice at scale. Prerequisites
  • University degree related to the industry and several years of relevant experience
  • Lean six-sigma certification, black belt, an asset
  • Business analysis skills in a technological and operational ecosystem
  • Advanced experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
  • Experience with test cases and user support
  • Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, Safe) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, ...)
  • Very good knowledge of the ISO 20022 standard and its implications.
