Your job
- Support Product Owners, Business Line Partners and IT teams in their decision making and deliverables
- Provide all information to understand, interpret and influence customer & employee experience guidance and practices, integration and interpretation of source systems data
- Work closely with different IT teams and business lines
- Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise
- Model current and target processes based on mapping practices in place at the Bank
- Conduct high-level and detailed impact assessments on all angles of the process and with expert assistance
- Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their linkages and ensure traceability
- Define, identify user test scenarios from the regulatory area business capabilities.

Prerequisites
- Industry-related university degree and several years of relevant experience
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in facilitating workshops
- Banking and regulatory experience, an asset
- Business analysis skills in a technology-savvy ecosystem
- Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modelling, BPMN, lean approach
- Experience in functional analysis and translation of business requirements into technology deliverables
- Experience with test scenarios and user support
- Ability to think strategically, analytically, synthesizing and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence...).
- Developed sense of autonomy and organization and good management of priorities
- Demonstrate curiosity, flexibility and open-mindedness
- Team player.
