A career as a Chief Business Analyst in the Payments and Cash Management Delivery team is to act as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams.

Your job
- Under the guidance of the product owner, take business needs and requirements
- Support OP, business line partners and IT teams in their decision making and deliverables
- Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support the planning of activities for different deliverables. Maintain the backlog
- Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise
- Model current and target processes based on mapping practices in place at the Bank
- Conduct high-level and detailed impact assessments on all angles of the process and with expert assistance
- Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their linkages and ensure traceability
- Contribute to the evolving roadmap in conjunction with the release’s supplier notes
- Define, identify user test scenarios (SIT, functional, UA) and support users in the operational transfer
- Operationalize solutions within BNC operational teams involved in end-to-end processes
- Make proposals for the change management strategy to the solution users.

Within the Payment Department, you are part of a large team of 25 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager - IT Delivery, Payments and Cash Management projects and initiatives. Our team is distinguished by its versatility both at the business and practical level.

Prerequisites
- Industry-related university degree and several years of relevant experience
- Business analysis skills in a technology-savvy ecosystem
- Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modelling, BPMN, lean approach
- Experience with test scenarios and user support
- Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesizing and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence…)
- Technology-oriented functional analyst profile, an asset
- VBA expertise (development, support), an asset.
