A career as a Senior Functional Analyst in the GBFonds team is to assume a key role in the technological transformation of National Bank, to analyze, optimize and evolve business applications and information systems while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
This role allows you to actively contribute to our organization through your understanding of the needs of users, requirements management, and process analysis to ensure functional consistency of the solutions implemented.

Your job
- Understand the strategy, issues and operational reality of business areas to guide IT teams in developing efficient solutions
- Perform complex analyses, identify gaps and make recommendations to optimize system effectiveness and solve problems
- Document requests and prepare recommendations to design or adapt systems that meet needs and facilitate decision-making
- Produce the technical and functional specifications including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system
- Design diagrams to model current and target processes
- Work with your delivery team to define acceptance criteria, plan and execute functionality tests.

Prerequisites
- Industry-related university degree and several years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing business processes and requirements
- Knowledge of the investment field, a requirement
- Knowledge of GBFonds, an asset
- Demonstrated experience in functional and technical analysis in the delivery of major projects
- Experience with test scenarios and support to user individuals
- Experience in agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Ability to think strategically, with analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective priority management.
