Your job
- Have an appetite and skills for automating operational processes
- Participate proactively in incident resolution
- Develop and review work systems and processes in order to improve them and ensure quality
- Protect the interests of the Bank by ensuring compliance with established policies, standards and procedures
- Act as a “coach” to your less experienced colleagues and represent the department or the Bank to various organizations, authorities or stakeholders
- Carry out complex and varied analyzes as well as carry out various important evaluations in order to provide relevant information for decision-making
- Participate in or carry out special projects having an impact on the evolution of practices, policies or products
- Formulate recommendations to optimize the efficiency of operations and the quality of information.
- Monitor activities and ensure you obtain all the data necessary for the control and smooth running of activities.
- Ensure optimal stability and availability of data and processes
Your team
Within the Operations, Infrastructure Delivery and IT Security Assets sector, you are part of a large team of 30 colleagues, and you report to the CCO Director. Our team stands out for its great agility and speed of support. Several working hours are possible, and the position offered is a full-time day position over 3 days (Thursday to Saturday) from 6:30 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and five years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector of activity and three years of relevant experience OR University certificate/PUB 1st cycle and seven years of relevant experience
- Great knowledge of corporate data
- Mastery of Script language
- Knowledge of the Datadog tool and the Salesforce ticketing system an asset
- Knowledge of SQL Developer (SQL queries)
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux commands
- Knowledge of Python
