A career as a Digital Product Owner at National Bank means acting as an active member of the Digital team by participating jointly with the Digital Strategist in the success of digital customer journeys on our informational site bnc.ca. Your job
- Act as a Product Owner (PO) according to the Scrum/Agile methodology in a redesign project transposing into digital journeys within the Digital Studio.
- Participate in close collaboration with the digital strategist in the delivery of initiatives and contribute to improving our customers' engagement by continuously optimizing our journeys.
- Continuously build, manage, and prioritize the backlog based on value and impact
- Ensure that the various stakeholders in the team clearly understand the expected delivery objectives and respect the acceptance criteria
- Manage projects in multidisciplinary teams, with the role of being the guardian of customer value and bringing added value to the Bank
- Inform stakeholders as an expert on the progress of the initiative and the progress of the solution, and influence them, effectively sharing the vision of the product

Within the Digital Individuals sector, you are part of a large team of about ten colleagues and you report to the Senior Director, responsible for digital POs. Prerequisite
- Industry-related bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience OR Industry-related master's degree and four years of relevant experience
- Experience in journey optimization as a Product Owner (P.O.)
- Ability to work in Agile mode
- Digital Marketing Knowledge
- Omnichannel experience and digitalization
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and personalization
- Good knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
