Your Job
- Identify issues reported in alert reports (System Monitoring)
- Resolve issues with ECM report extractors
- Monitor alerts, add/modify metrics related to alerts
- Participate in application resolutions
- Collaborate on the implementation of ECM project applications
- Develop batch scripts for job submissions
- Monitor Control-M alerts

Prerequisites:
- DEC or other diploma related to the field;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Cloud Watch, Splunk);
- Experience with ECM reports (FileNet, CMOD, EXTREAM);
- Experience in Java and Python;
- Knowledge of Control-M;
- DevOps oriented.
