ECM Support Developer

A career as an ECM Support Developer in the ECM team at National Bank means acting as a solutions expert. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your problem-solving skills and programming experience.

Your Job

  • Identify issues reported in alert reports (System Monitoring)
  • Resolve issues with ECM report extractors
  • Monitor alerts, add/modify metrics related to alerts
  • Participate in application resolutions
  • Collaborate on the implementation of ECM project applications
  • Develop batch scripts for job submissions
  • Monitor Control-M alerts

Prerequisites:

  • DEC or other diploma related to the field;
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position;
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Cloud Watch, Splunk);
  • Experience with ECM reports (FileNet, CMOD, EXTREAM);
  • Experience in Java and Python;
  • Knowledge of Control-M;
  • DevOps oriented.
