A career as an executive assistant in the Specialized Groups team at National Bank means being an essential partner for a vice-president and their teams. This role allows you to have a positive impact through your organization, attention to detail, and expertise in administrative management.

Your Role

  • Interpret stakeholder requests and identify their needs to effectively prioritize them.
  • Ensure the follow-up of invoices and budgets while maintaining rigorous administrative records.
  • Manage the managers' calendars, coordinate meetings and business trips, and anticipate needs while proposing improvements.
  • Coordinate the organization and smooth execution of events involving your manager's teams.
  • Draft, review, and optimize complex documents, such as letters and presentations, to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
  • Oversee HR files for the sector, including managing absences, staff movements, and onboarding or offboarding transactions.
  • Handle IT-related requests and manage equipment orders.

Basic Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent, ideally in administration, and at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in managing complex agendas with constantly evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to efficiently manage priorities and adapt quickly.
  • Recognized initiative, proactivity, and organizational rigor.
