Through your friendly approach and your ability to deliver high-quality advice remotely, you’ll help clients optimize their financial situation by recommending strategies that meet their needs.


Your job: 

  • Promote client loyalty and retention by providing support via various communication solutions
  • Understand clients’ needs and direct them to the most suitable distribution channel for their requests
  • Contact clients proactively to identify business opportunities based on the promotional offers and campaigns in effect
  • Stay abreast of industry developments in Canada to ensure our offer corresponds to clients’ needs and interests
  • Develop your knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank and understand their benefits depending on the target clientele
  • Take charge of the complete process for mortgage renewal and renegotiation

Your team:

You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about providing financial advice and building business relationships with clients. Reporting to the manager, you’ll have access to a development path and specific support for your role to help you increase your knowledge of our various solutions and improve your advisory approach.

Based on the team’s operational needs, you will work rotating shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Fridays (closed weekends).

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma (DEC) and 4 years of experience OR university certificate and 3 years of experience OR bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience
  • Experience supporting clients in an advisory role in the financial sector
  • Knowledge of mortgage products
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Interest in making calls to grow business
