Your role:
- Be the reference for the performance of digital acquisition of banking products and work with a matrix team on a weekly basis.
- Define the digital acquisition plan in line with business objectives, while considering profitability priorities.
- Initiate and lead digital strategies and initiatives related to priority metrics (KPIs).
- Manage the pace of digital acquisition objectives and identify necessary optimizations to achieve results.
- Communicate the performance of digital acquisitions to various executive forums and influence decisions and actions to be taken.
- Collaborate closely with the business line and various digital experts to maximize the achievement of digital business objectives.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and 5 years of experience in digital strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to increase digital acquisition volume.
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing levers and digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset focused on return on investment.
- Ability to simplify and synthesize information for executives.
