Your job
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and position yourself as the primary financial partner for commercial clients.
• Build and manage a portfolio of diversified commercial clients with average loan and deposit volumes under $2MM.
• Lead business development activities and implement a marketing plan to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Collaborate with the commercial credit team to assess credit risk and ensure appropriate lending structures.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate referrals to internal partners across the bank.

Within the Commercial Banking sector, you are part of a team of commercial relationship professionals and report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Banking. Basic requirements
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting, and have 5+ years of experience in commercial lending or equivalent.
• Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies and managing commercial client portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit structures, and business development.
• Solid understanding of business modeling and computer applications.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
