A career as an Operations Agent at National Bank, you will capitalize on your ability to work in synergy with clients and your colleagues. In this role, you will support members of your team by carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with Bank policies, standards, and procedures.

Your job:

  • Provide high quality, courteous service to ensure the satisfaction of client and internal and external stakeholders
  • Greeting clients, employees and service providers to direct them appropriately
  • Receiving and efficiently transferring phone calls to the appropriate people
  • Performing routine clerical activities such as receiving priotity  mail
  • Responsible for issuing cheques to clients
  • Resource person for managing client rooms and booking the main conference room
  • Ordering stationery
  • Support the team by carrying out adminitrative tasks

Your team:

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with a team of investment advisors.Your key role requires your presence during important moments for the team. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and on Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM.

Prerequisites:

  • High school or professional diploma and 2 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
  • Courteous, with experience in customer service and sales
  • Strong team skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 software
