National Bank Financial Wealth Management is looking for young women university students who are curious and interested in learning about the Wealth Management industry and the Wealth Advisor role. Through this experiential mentorship, you will have an opportunity to be paired with an experienced mentor and access a dynamic network of industry specialists. Kick-start your career and discover the power of building relationships and the value of advice alongside passionate and inspiring professionals.
Program Overview:
The mentorship program spans 9 months, from September 2025 to Spring 2026.
During this time, you will benefit from the following activities:
- Monthly meetings (2 hours/month), held in person with your mentor in the city closest to your university
- Networking and business development activities.
- Meetings with professionals from the investment industry.
- Participation in professional workshops and value-added videoconferences.

Prerequisites:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in progress at a Canadian university
- Demonstrated interest in Finance and Wealth Management
- Will be a student during the mentorship period (Fall 2025 to Spring 2026)
- Available locally in person for the mentorship 2 hours a month for a 9-month period starting in the Fall 2025
