A career as a paralegal at National Bank Investments, you’ll use your technical expertise to support the evolution of wealth management in order to ensure business processus in the context of National Bank’s investment fund manufacturing and distribution activities. In this role you’ll maximize the quality of the team’s interventions and services by acting as a resource person in your field of expertise.

Your job :

  • Assist in the preparation of various meetings, drafting agendas and minutes and ensuring the follow-up thereon
  • Prepare and monitor various corporate et regulatory documents
  • File documents with regulatory authorities
  • Perform database maintenance and update
  • Contribute to the billing process
  • Engaging with internal partners to collect data and information
  • Formulate ideas that will improve the quality of services, systems and processes and by following up on files under your responsibility

Prerequisites :

  • Collegial Diploma completed in paralegal technology or equivalent and one year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and strong computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of DocuSign an asset
  • Rigour, attention to detail, autonomy and initiative
  • Excellent cmmunication skills for writing and review documents
  • Knowledge of wealth management products is an asset
  • Organizational awareness, priority management and ability to manage multiple requests at the same time
