  • Develop, test, and deploy features, pipelines, and integrations into the GitHub ecosystem in Scrum mode, ensuring maximum value for our developer community.
  • Contribute to the success of the Bank's SDLC tools migration by providing support to delivery teams.
  • Ensure the stability of production solutions through operational monitoring and mechanisms for auto-scaling and self-healing.
  • Provide high-quality and proactive support to the entire developer community at the Bank.


Your Team

Within the IT-Operations Delivery, Personal Banking, Banking Services, Financing, Insurance, and Channels sector, you are part of the GitHub team composed of 6 colleagues. We prioritize a variety of continuous learning methods to enrich your development, including learning in action, training content made available to you, and working in collaboration with colleagues of diverse expertise and profiles, as well as with our suppliers.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a software development role in Agile mode with programming languages Java, React, and Terraform, and Kafka technology.
  • Expertise in CI/CD, branching models, and in-depth knowledge of tools like GitHub, Artifactory, and ArgoCD.
  • Expertise in application integration via security protocols like OIDC (OpenID Connect).
  • Knowledge of the Bank's development environment: enroller, manifests, IaC, etc.
  • Rigor and autonomy
  • Aptitude for prototyping in "fail fast" mode and a culture of measurement
  • Adaptability, team spirit, and innovation
