The Private Banker - PB1859 role for the Prairies is located in Calgary, Alberta.
Your Job:
- Offer solutions and advice on all aspects of wealth management for high-net worth clients and their families.
- Provide financial expertise and the framework to support the current generations' needs to grow their wealth for the benefit of future generations and, in many cases, philanthropic organizations.
- Rigorously apply processes and procedures to properly analyze clients' needs, and establish an integrated and profitable financial strategy with them
- Provide exemplary service and a client-centric experience that aligns with our nine wealth management service values
- Build client and internal partner relationships based on trust
- Structure less complex credit requests
- Work with a Manager Financing Solutions to submit financing and credit renewal applications. This involves strong client discovery skills and information gathering.
- Be responsible for the sustainability of the relationship with your clients and ensure profitability of your clients' portfolios
- Involve appropriate specialists/parties in the relationship, when needed, to properly meet clients' needs
- Negotiate terms and conditions for files that conform to risk management standards and profitability criteria
Your team:
As part of the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 sector, you will report to the Regional Vice President, Private Banking 1859. Our team stands out for its industry and market expertise.
Prerequisite:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (10) years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience
- CFP or PFP designation
- Knowledge of banking products and services in both personal and commercial banking
- Exceptional customer service, sales, business development, and negotiations experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Accessible, convenient, proactive, client-centric, agile and accountable
- Leadership abilities, autonomy, perseverance, teamwork
