A career as a Product Owner - Analytical Transformation Experience in the Employee Experience team at National Bank means acting as a partner in the delivery of major projects supporting the transformation of employee analytics, mainly in Employee Voice and Analytics Product Management. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your leadership that you will demonstrate by carrying out the complex deployment of several features supporting the Employee Experience analytics transformation.

Your role

  • Act as a Product Owner (PO) in complex projects that translate into functionalities. 
  • Be responsible for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the achievement of the roadmap for the development of solutions.  
  • Slice and sequence a target vision in order to maximize value delivery by taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors, which includes: Building and managing the product backlog that allows the business vision to be achieved AND Prioritizing the MVP (minimum viable product) to the delivery team based on business value.  
  • Accompany and support adaptation to change, obtain buy-in from others and manage resistance to change. 
  • Continuously make improvements and fixes to the product to improve the experience to meet current and future needs.  
  • Prioritize activities to ensure the delivery of business value and preserve the employee experience, according to user needs, while taking into consideration IT constraints, external partners, and promoting sound change management.

Your team

Within the Employee Experience Center sector, you will be part of a large team of 17 colleagues and report to the Senior Advisor Employee Experience Center - EX Lead Analytics Transformation.  Our team stands out for our ability to influence the entire company, to put people at the heart of its ways of doing things and its decisions.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience
  • Experience in solution delivery as a Product Owner (P.O.) 
  • Experience in delivering large-scale projects in Agile mode involving technology and management of external suppliers
  • Ability to work in Agile mode: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and deliver without having all the specifications  
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively 
  • Experience in business analysis and process review
  • Knowledge of data management and valorization
  • Knowledge of HR practices Rigor and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate leadership, influence, initiative and be an excellent team player
  • Ability to analyze, solve complex problems and think strategically
