As a Project Manager in the Regulatory IT Projects team at National Bank, you’ll coordinate the delivery of our technology projects and provide value. In this role, you’ll have a positive impact on our organization with your leadership, your outstanding organization skills and your project delivery experience in an Agile/Safe context.

As part of the IT-OPS Sector, you’ll be on a large team of 70 colleagues, and you’ll report to IT Delivery Manager. Your role
- Plan, organize, and monitor strategic initiatives in an agile mode, including complex and cross-sectoral projects.
- Coordinate the initiation of projects involving IT, organizational, and operational deliverables, while defining needs, challenges, and associated risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between teams, specific sectors, and the regulatory portfolio.
- Develop presentations and strategic reports tailored to diverse audiences, demonstrating a strong understanding of issues and high-quality analysis.
- Ensure proactive management of interdependencies, integrations, and critical success factors to achieve the objectives of the regulatory domain.
- Participate in project governance, represent initiatives to decision-making bodies, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to human capacity management as well as the monitoring and evolution of processes within a framework of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of cross-functional practices and the enhancement of the project execution cycle from an optimization perspective.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- At least 6 years of experience as a project manager, working on large-scale projects and in large companies
- Experience leading workshops and coaching
- Familiarity with Agile delivery mode
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
