As Regional Vice-President at National Bank, you will be in charge of implementing strategies for achieving your region’s business and client development objectives. As a leader, you will develop a client-centric culture by supporting activities in your sector and you will play a key role in developing the Bank’s visibility in your region.

Your role:

  • Strengthen the “One client, one bank” vision through projects that bring together representatives from various business lines and whose objective is to attract new clients, build client loyalty and increase share of wallet
  • Take charge of managing change with a view to a successful transformation
  • Ensure that the key performance indicators prioritized by the business sector are met
  • Optimize the execution of strategies within the team by calling on the Bank’s different partners to contribute
  • Direct the region in its efforts to achieve operational excellence objectives

Your team:

In the Personal Banking sector, you’ll be on a team of 8 colleagues and will report to the Vice President - Personal Banking, Western Quebec. Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in a leadership role (management and coaching), or master’s degree in a related field and 8 years of experience
  • Experience managing change during a transformation by conveying an integrated corporate vision
  • Experience developing and implementing synergy and business development strategies
  • Be known for aligning, building, coaching and engaging high-performing teams towards reaching their business objectives
  • Experience operationalizing strategies to grow revenues
  • Experience managing and motivating a sales force in the financial industry, experience in Personal Banking is a key asset
