Residential Financing Specialis

A career at National Bank means having a direct impact on clients. As a Residential Financing Specialist, you support clients in the branch by offering quality advisory services in mortgage credit. You work in synergy with your colleagues by identifying and responding to the residential financing needs of the clients referred to you or that you have approached, and/or by referring clients requiring specialized expertise to your specialist colleagues.

Your territory will be Greenfield Park surrounding areas.

Your role:

Buying a home is one of life’s major milestones, and our clients are increasingly well informed about residential financing. As a Residential Financial Specialist, you'll provide an unparalleled client experience.

You'll identify and develop credit opportunities for National Bank clients. Experience the synergy of working with many different experts, including financial planners, in our branch network.

More specifically, you will :

• Support our clients by developing the best residential financing strategy for their needs
• Refer files to various experts when necessary
• Apply established processes and procedures thoroughly
• Comply with current standards and regulations
• Keep your knowledge of financing solutions up to date

Your team:

Reporting to a Residential Financing Director, you work within a team specialized in this field. You collaborate with the entire branch team and specialists from various financial expertise areas to meet all the financial needs of our clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience, or college diploma (DEC) and four years of relevant experience
• Two years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services
• Knowledge of credit and mortgage financing solutions
• Interest in teamwork
