As a Senior Advisor, Banking Client Offer in the Business and Digital Solutions team, Private Banking 1859, you'll work with a multidisciplinary team where you'll contribute your expertise to various major projects that have a significant impact on efficiency, profitability and affect the PB1859 client and employee experience.

Your role
  • Be an expert advisor to management, influence and help achieve strategic objectives by implementing solutions in order to optimize business processes and client satisfaction
  • Deliver initiatives that have a significant impact on the sales force and operations in order to increase the sector’s efficiency, productivity and profitability
  • Identify and solve complex problems, initiate changes and encourage the continuous rethinking of work methods in order to optimize the sector’s efficiency.
  • Ensure a sound balance between standardizing processes and the personalized needs of PB1859 clients in identifying sustainable solutions
  • Assess the impact of changes to the banking client offer and coordinate the delivery of initiatives for the business unit
  • Ensure change management and coordinate the rollout of solutions to the sales force
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the various stakeholders involved in projects and act as a resource for these stakeholders and management
  • Represent the business unit on various Bank committees, mandates and initiatives
  • Support the advisory sales force with client requests related to the banking client offer
Your team
  • In the Private Banking 1859 Strategy and Operations sector, you’ll be part of a team of 50 colleagues and will report to the Senior Manager of Digital and Business solutions. Our team stands out by its varied expertise, agility and focus to always deliver the best client experience.

Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in managing multi-stakeholder business projects and improving processes
  • In-depth knowledge of processes and the Personal Banking systems
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking processes and systems, (an asset)
  • Excellent listening, communication and writing skills, and able to influence others
  • Discipline, analytical mindset, autonomy, innovation, and team spirit
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite, our collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage) and JIRA/Confluence
