A career as a senior advisor in the Sales Support and Digital Strategy team at National Bank Investments (NBI) means playing a key role in developing and implementing content, tools, and training strategies to optimize the impact of sales teams. This job allows you to shape effective enablement initiatives and engage internal and external stakeholders to increase sales and penetration of mutual funds and managed products.
Your Job
- Develop strategic guidelines and create educational content on investment, ensuring its dissemination through NBI's traditional and digital channels.
- Monitor the investment industry and best practices, adapt initiatives based on market developments, and respond to stakeholder needs.
- Act as an investment expert by researching, analyzing, and synthesizing best practices to provide quality service and actionable advice to sales teams and partners.
- Design and implement enablement strategies to promote investment solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop training programs, tools, and resources to facilitate the presentation of NBI investment solutions by sales teams, managers, and advisors.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and bank divisions to translate complex investment concepts into accessible resources and impactful messages.
- Ensure message consistency and clarity by working closely with marketing, compliance, and product development teams.
- Define performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and ensure their continuous improvement.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment and communication.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt messages to target audiences.
- Experience in project management and developing training content.
- Good knowledge of multichannel communication strategies.
- Deep understanding of the investment and wealth management sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment and manage uncertainty.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with all levels of management.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 tools.
