Senior Analyst in Wealth Management

We have almost 1,000 Wealth Management Advisors in over 100 branches, helping more than 400,000 clients manage their assets. If you are analytical and passionate about finance, come and work with us as a Senior Wealth Management Analyst within the Groupe Conseil Gagnon.

Your job

  • Assess and identify clients' financial planning needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Write all types of financial plans (partial and complete) 
  • Write retirement projections and make personalized follow-ups with clients
  • Work with clients to develop an action plan tailored to their situation and lead its implementation in consultation with clients' external professionals
  • Establish a relationship of trust with customers in order to ensure their loyalty and generate the entry of new assets  
  • Identify and raise business opportunities, particularly in terms of financial security
  • Actively participate in activities related to the business development of Wealth Management Advisors by introducing the wealth management service offering to existing clients (insurance, estate, banking, etc.), forwarding information on wealth management products and conducting follow-up calls
  • Provide quotes, take orders (unsolicited trades), process the buying and selling of securities (block shares), and adjust trades (cancels and corrects).

Your team

As a Senior Wealth Management Analyst, you will work closely with Wealth Management Advisors.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and one year of relevant experience
  • Holding the IQPF Financial Planning Title/Accreditation
  • Good knowledge of the investment and wealth management industry
  • Knowledge of the field of wealth management
  • Experience in customer service/advice
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
