A career in the Financial Markets Operations, North American Settlement team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in the various North American transaction settlement processes. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your knowledge of transaction settlement so that everything is done accordingly and on time and minimizes related financial risks.
Your job
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of daily activities, while supporting the manager in meeting cost objectives and service deadlines.
- Act as a resource person for our business partners
- Contribute to the optimization of procedures in the sector and collaborate in the development of processes
- Analyze several types of conciliation and management of complex cases, explain discrepancies and make recommendations to resolve issues
- Master the end-to-end of the various processes linked to North American settlements in order to provide quality support
- Support and accompany team members in their challenges and responsibilities (training, answering complex questions, etc.).

Prerequisites
- Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity and three years of relevant experience
- Have a good general understanding of the main processes and activities and a good command of the end-to-end activities of the financial markets
- Take advantage of technologies (IT savviness)
