A career as a Senior Java Developer in the Personal and Commercial Credit Risk IT Delivery team at National Bank means acting as an expert in the development of business rules for various departments. It is through your skills in application development, your experience in the configuration of business rules engines and your knowledge of credit risk that you have a positive impact on the quality of our services as well as on the customer experience.
Your job:
- Participate in the design of business rules and application architecture
- Contribute to the quality of the code on a daily basis and the means to maintain it
- Actively participate in improving DevOps
- Bring new perspectives and develop the team through your contribution
- Evolving development standards, processes and techniques
- Be autonomous and proactive
- Working in agile mode and innovating
Your team:
Within the IT Delivery - Personal and Commercial Credit Risk sector, you are part of a team of 12 colleagues and report directly to the sector's MA. Our team stands out for the great collaboration between the IT team and the business line as well as its quality of delivery.

Prerequisite:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent work experience
- More than 8 years of experience in Java, Springboot, Git development
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Jenkins, Harness, Docker tools
- Professional experience with AWS, Kubernetes (an asset)
- Experience in developing business rules (an asset)
