Description
A career as a Senior Analyst in the AI Transformation Customer Experience Centre (CEC) team at National Bank means acting as a transformation specialist. It is through your skills in business transformation and analysis that you will contribute to the implementation of new technologies.
Your job:
- Work in the contact center transformation journey, working on various SaaS solutions, automation, and AI technology.
- Perform high-level, detailed impact analyses on all angles of the process and with the help of experts
- Support product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision-making and deliverables as part of transformation projects
- Be the expert in new technologies and the point of contact for multiple stakeholders.
- Apply best practices to identify and draft business requirements, stakeholder requirements, and solution requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their relationships, keep them updated throughout their lifecycle, and ensure their traceability
- Define, identify and carry out user and integration test cases for the deliverables to be deployed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business line, developers, analysts, solution architect, etc.) and be able to offer different analyses (functional, data, quality assurance)

Prerequisite:
- University degree related to the industry and seven to ten years of relevant experience.
- Business analysis skills and experience.
- Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement.
- Experience in transforming and delivering AI solutions.
- Experience with test cases and user support.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence...).
- Experience with Text to speech and NLP
