A career as a mail clerck in the New Business in the Insurance Sector (CABN) team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in mail processing and other administrative tasks. It is through your communication skills, your administrative experience and your office automation knowledge that you have a positive impact on our business partners, our customers and your colleagues.

Your role:

·                  Prepare mailings.

·                  Deliver incoming mail.

·                  Digitized documents

·                  Contribute to ensuring that the unit meets quality standards, by making the necessary corrections to procedures.

·                  Generate suggestions and optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations.

·                  Apply compliance standards on a daily basis and demonstrate integrity and rigor in a context where deadlines are tight.

·                  Communicate on a regular basis with the various stakeholders (colleagues, advisors, etc.)

Your team:

At National Bank Insurance Firm, you are part of a 11-people team and will report to the Director of Operations at NBIF. Our team stands out for its great spirit of collaboration.

The nature of the work requires a presence in the office five days a week.

Prerequisites:

·                  High school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 and a half years of relevant experience.

·                  Experience in the administrative, banking or insurance firm field and in customer services.

·                  Excellent communication.

·                  Great autonomy and excellent organizational skills

·                  Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook required
