A career as a senior clerk on National Bank’s Private Banking 1859 team, your ability to work in synergy with several partners will shine. In this role, you’ll take charge of administrative needs and requests from collaborators and partners.

Your job:

  • Perform various administrative tasks independently according to established policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Respond to requests from clients and partners involved in files by offering professional and courteous service.
  • Conduct checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of data and operations.
  • Manage and provide administrative follow-up of files.
  • Produce the various reports and statistics required by different partners and ensure data integrity.
  • Help the Account Manager and the Account Representative coordinate and distribute work.
  • Open business and personal files and complete various requests for clients.
  • Make sure that your unit meets quality standards, while making the necessary corrections to work methods and procedures.

Prerequisites

  • High school diploma and 3½ years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1½ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of banking products and services for businesses
  • Knowledge of LIS and ICOP applications
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel
