Your job
- Take charge of the processing and administrative follow-up of files
- Participate in the updating of work processes and procedures according to quality standards
- Collaborate in the resolution of identified operational problems
- Raise issues or opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance and risk management compliance
- Process applications related to accounts and/or membership in electronic business products

Prerequisite
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Have knowledge of the Office suite and collaboration tools
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files simultaneously
- Learning ability and curiosity
- Available until 8 PM (various schedules)
