Your role
- Ensure the management and the administrative follow-up of the files
- Perform audits and analyzes to ensure data accuracy and operations
- Entering various data that may require some analysis
- Order various documents from our partners
- Act as a resource person in the application of procedures, methods and tools related to operations and participate in their optimization
- Make corrections of detected errors
- Ensure that the team meets the quality standards, while making the necessary corrections on the procedures and procedures
- Propose suggestions and put in place optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations

Prerequisite- High School Diploma and 3 ½ years of relevant experience or Diploma of College Studies and 1½ years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience in customer service
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and internet and intranet skills
- Ability and ease to work in a changing environment
