A career as a Senior CRM Enterprise Architect in the IT Delivery Commercial team at National Bank means participating in large-scale transformation projects that will allow you to excel, while working closely with various sectors of the Bank. It is through your business architecture skills, your experience in the customer relationship management domain, and your knowledge of technology that you have a positive impact on the client/employee/partner experience, profitability, and growth of the Commercial sector.

Your role :   

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the domain's lines of business in the development of the domain's long-term strategic vision and in continuous decision-making
  • Collect strategy and business issues, their operational reality, transpose them into multi-channel/multi-line business solutions and propose strategies to support the realization of activities
  • Establish and maintain the mapping of the business capabilities of the CRM area (and other areas used), in collaboration with the business line and data governance
  • Maintain the target architecture and transformation roadmap of technology ecosystems
  • Support and accompany the delivery trains, ensuring that the solutions put in place are in line with the roadmap and that they comply with the Bank's guidelines and architecture standards
  • Identify possible interrelationships and synergies between the different delivery trains
  • Ensure the healthy evolution of the application portfolio: obsolescence, technological debt, simplification of the overall IT ecosystem, etc.
  • Carry out monitoring to stay on top of business and technological trends and best practices.  Contribute to the innovation process with the line of business.

Your team: 

Within the IT Delivery Commercial sector, you are part of a team of domain architects, reporting to the Strategy and Delivery Architect. Our team stands out for its expertise in enterprise architecture, its close relationship with the business line, and the collaboration of all its members

Requirements : 

  • Completed Bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, and fifteen years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree, related to the sector of activity, and ten years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the role of Senior Architect (Business or Enterprise) in the delivery of several major projects in large companies
  • Strong knowledge of the CRM domain and common commercial CRM applications (e.g. Salesforce, SAP-CRM)
  • Mastery of the concepts, technologies and solutions of a modern digital ecosystem (e.g. Microservices, APIs, Data Flows, Security, Elasticity, PaaS, Cloud SaaS, DevOps, ...)
  • Strong ability to synthesize, analyze, popularize and influence
  • Sense of innovation & ability to rethink/redefine different directions
  • AWS Cloud (Practitioner or Solution Architect) certification is an asset
