Your job
- Follow complex steps to produce monthly results by using scripts to turn data into insights.
- Identify and resolve data ingestion issues to ensure data quality.
- Simplify technical problems for IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Integrate, explore, transform and analyze data from various platforms (SQL, Power BI, Python) while maintaining quality and security standards.
- Design, deploy and maintain advanced analytical solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Prepare and present clear reports and presentations, tailored to different audiences.
- Collaborate with business line teams and other partners to deliver and track key metrics, supporting the design and implementation of innovative initiatives.
Your team
This position reports to the Senior Director, Analytics and Business Intelligence under the Analytics and Data sector. As part of an experienced team dedicated to data, you will be able to influence decision-makers through your analyses and the production of dashboards. The team is made up of data scientists, analytics partners, data analysts, and BI developers.

Prerequisite
- Bachelor's degree (or academic equivalent) related to the industry and 3 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and one (1) year of experience in financial engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, econometrics or related to the industry.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, automation tools and Power BI.
- Rigor, concern for data quality and ability to identify and solve data ingestion problems.
- Ability to popularize technical problems for different audiences.
- Experience with various platforms and environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and Visual Studio Code (asset).
