Your job
- Provide an overview of the sector's activities and performance indicators, through the implementation and production of analyses, statistics and dashboards.
- Design and develop the data sets required for the development of key performance indicators according to best practices.
- Act as an agent of change and ensure the optimization of existing analytical solutions.
- Leverage data and total rewards program data to help improve employee experience and business performance.
- Apply rigorous analysis methods on large Excel databases and in our data environment (mainly Power BI).
- Understand trends and detect anomalies related to compensation, benefits and other data used.
Your team
This position reports to the Senior Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence under the Employee Experience sector. As part of an experienced team dedicated to data, you will be able to influence decision-makers through your analyses and the production of dashboards. The team is composed of Data Scientist, Analytics Partners, Data Analyst and BI Developer.
Basic requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or academic equivalent) related to the industry and 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the industry and 3 years of experience
- Mastery of Power BI, Excel
- Knowledge of extraction and statistical software (SQL, SAS or Python)
- Ability to synthesize and empower partners
- Good communication and influence skills
