A career as a senior data analyst in the Data, Analytics, and Deposit Solutions team at National Bank Investments (NBI) means playing a key role in leveraging data to guide strategic decisions. With your expertise in Power BI, your skills in SQL and Power Platform, as well as your project management acumen, you will directly contribute to process optimization and the overall performance improvement of the organization.
Your Role:
- Ensure the structuring and integration of data to guarantee its availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards in Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs and propose appropriate analytical solutions.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the data environment at Banque Nationale Investissement.
- Improve existing processes by optimizing data flows and automating repetitive tasks.
- Manage data ingestion and transformation projects while ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay up to date with technological advancements to identify and propose continuous improvements in data analysis.
Your Team:
Within the wealth management sector, the team consists of four experts covering a wide range of expertise, from advanced analytics to the automation of recurring processes. Our team is part of the larger investment solutions team at NBI.
Our team plays a central role within NBI and wealth management, collaborating with various experts to develop solutions tailored to the needs of different business units. Through our multidisciplinary approach, we actively contribute to digital transformation and process optimization within the organization.
Your Development:
We prioritize continuous learning through various approaches, including hands-on experience, access to training content, and collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and expertise.
Training on Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, and advanced data management tools is available to strengthen your technical skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in strategic projects, allowing you to gain valuable experience in data analysis and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Significant experience in data analysis and BI solution development.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform.
- Experience in project management and process optimization.
- Assets: Knowledge of Python, mutual funds industry, Snowflake, and Business Object.
